"Baseball Life - Career Sim" (the "App") is an iOS/Android application provided by its developer, Masaki Kubota (the "Developer"). This policy explains how the App handles user information.
The App requires no account registration or sign-in, and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. However, the following information is handled through the external services described individually in this policy, for the purposes below.
The App includes a feature that displays Google rewarded ads (video ads) from optional "watch an ad to..." buttons. You can progress through the game without ever watching an ad.
On iOS 14 and later, the App presents the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission dialog for ad personalization and controls tracking according to your choice. Ads are still shown if you decline (delivered as non-personalized ads). For details on how the Google Mobile Ads SDK handles data, please see Google's advertising policies.
The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash log collection) and Firebase Analytics (anonymous interaction and usage statistics) to detect crashes and improve app quality. These do not include information that identifies you personally, such as your name or email address, and the collected information is processed on Google's infrastructure. All player development data and all-time player records are stored only on your device (in the app's Documents folder). This data is never transmitted to the Developer's servers. Deleting the App also deletes the save data from your device.
The Settings screen offers a feature to export and import save data as a file. This is intended for manual backups you make yourself on your own device or via iCloud and similar services; the Developer does not obtain that data.
The App offers in-app purchases (such as ad removal and additional save slots) through the standard Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems. Payment information such as credit card numbers is never shared with the Developer and is processed by Apple / Google.
The App may use your device's local notifications for its "play reminder" feature. These are processed on the device and involve no external communication.
The App is rated "4+" (suitable for all ages) and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses from users.
This policy may be revised in response to changes in law or the addition of app features. If there is a significant change, we will announce it on this page.
